We collect information needed to operate the app, including your shop domain, app settings, product and order data accessed through Shopify APIs, review content submitted by your customers (such as names, ratings, text, and optional media), review request records, customer questions, import logs, and technical data such as session identifiers required to authenticate the app.

We use this information to provide review collection and display features, send and schedule review requests, moderate and publish reviews, import and export review data, process app billing, respond to support requests, and maintain app security and performance.
Customer data
When your customers submit reviews or receive review requests, we process the customer information you or they provide for those features. Merchants are responsible for informing their customers how customer data is collected and used on their storefront.

We retain app data while your shop has the app installed and as needed to provide the service. When the app is uninstalled, we delete shop data in line with Shopify requirements, including mandatory compliance webhooks for customer and shop data redaction requests.
